Today's second maintenance brought the following, together with a client update.
Quest trackerLoot after a restartHealing itemsSwordsmanQuestsKorean client
Quest tracker
- The small quest tracker has six rows. Until now a row that became free stayed empty, and a quest that became ready while it was not in the tracker got no Finish button there: only the Quest Log (N) or a new login could finish it. From now on free rows fill up with the other quests you hold, and a quest that becomes ready gets a row. When the tracker is full it takes the row of a quest that is not ready yet; that one comes back when a row is free again. A quest you untick yourself stays hidden until you tick it again or log in again.
Loot after a restart
- After a maintenance restart some players came back in through the character select and could not open any loot until they closed the game completely. The game kept waiting for a loot answer from the session that the restart had cut off. It now clears that when a new session starts, so the loot opens again without closing the game.
Healing items
- Healing items that restore HP at once now show how much they restored: the Yellow Potions, the Adventurer Potion, Sweet Potato and Combat Food. Red Potions, which heal over time, are unchanged.
Swordsman
- Magnum Break reaches further: its area is 400 instead of 300. Courageous Assault no longer takes 70 percent of your attack away while it is on; its description never mentioned that loss.
Quests
- "Calming the Hodemimes Blue Shark" can be taken and finished now. The rare fault where a quest's script did not load is also closed for the quests you already hold when you log in.
Korean client
- 24 items carried the Korean name of a different item from 2007: the Rusted Brooch, for example, was called "Hard Wing". They have their own Korean names now.
- Thank you for the reports: they are what these patches are made of.
Start the launcher to get the update. If it was still open, close it first.
